PeoBeo is the proud project of two women with different stories
One of us is a mother that values family before anything else. That’s Patricia!
And one is a career girl, tackling the hardships of an entrepreneurial life. That’s Jennifer!
We are both busy, even though our days are very different.
 
PATRICIA
As a mother, trying to provide the guidance my daughter needs every day, I find it hard to commit to a gym schedule. 
I wanted a quick fix, easy to do, easy to stick to routine, that wouldn’t interfere with what I have planned every day for my family. 
This is how the idea of a 10-minute workout started all along. 
We have tried to pledge ourselves to different routines before, trying to cheer ourselves up through workout sessions.
But nothing stuck for long. Nothing seemed to fit both our schedules. 
As a dare, we started using the booty resistance bands and incorporated them in our own routine. It took only a few minutes to get that nice tingling burn, but we also had fun and enjoyed yourselves while we were chasing the perfect booty.
We soon discovered working out can be a 10-minute rendezvous online you schedule with your best friend, early in the morning or late in the afternoon, before hopping in the shower.
It worked so well for us that we knew we needed to get the message across to others that wanted the results, without sacrificing the time.
We created PeoBeo because we wanted a way of making workout really work for us, in a fun way. And we are thrilled we can share our project with everyone that feels the same! 
JENNIFER
My story is no different from the story of every woman that wants to look good, feel good, but doesn’t have time to exercise for countless hours. 
Before we started PeoBeo, we knew what we didn’t need. We didn’t need yet another training session that encouraged us to lose that belly. Banish the fat.
That harsh lingo you usually get in the classic training just didn’t cut it for us.
As someone who usually has fun trying new activities and visiting new gyms, I was frustrated I couldn’t make a routine stick for a long time. I was frustrated there wasn’t a healthy mindset around getting in shape.
I exercise because I love myself and love seeing what I can push my body to do. Hearing other people—especially women—talk about their bodies in a negative fashion is a deal-breaker for me. 
We created PeoBeo because we wanted a fast, fun, and easy way to get back in shape even though we could only squeeze a 10-minute workout into our busy schedule.
With PeoBeo we got a real solution, for real women and our friendship has benefitted as well (as did our booties :)!
